Heat & Frost Insulators Local 51 was chartered in 1918.

We offer industrial and commercial insulation services covering 34 counties in Kentucky and 12 counties in Southern Indiana.

Collective Bargaining 

The union negotiates collective bargaining agreements with employers to secure fair wages, benefits, and working conditions for its members.

Advocacy

The union advocates for the rights and interests of its members, both within the workplace and in legislative matters that affect the insulation industry.

Training & Apprenticeship 

Local 51 provides training programs and apprenticeships to ensure that its members are skilled and up-to-date with the latest insulation techniques and safety practices.
